If you are a monthly subscriber and having issues accessing the site please try these things first- 1st make sure you are using your Jerker's World password to login to the your account (not the password you used and received in your Zombaio email). if you login still fail add a (1) to the end of your user name- as in(myuser1) for (myuser)- if you stil cannot access your account or videos will not play Please contact Site
